We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive from a Commerce background to assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting practices, banking procedures, and MS Office, Tally and especially Excel.
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
Data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Voucher preparation and document filing.
Prepare cheques and RTGS letters.
Process monthly salary, incentive, and other fund transfers.
Maintain cash flow records, TA/DA, and other accounting activities.
Prepare and maintain bank stock statements and liability records.
Payment advice preparation and follow-up with concerned parties.
Stock statement preparation and account maintenance.
Update and maintain Bank PAD records.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and files.
Perform any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
