Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are seated promptly while maintaining smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and qualified attitude.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
Answer phone calls, handle reservation inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
Assist guests with special requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
Monitor dining room capacity and communicate seating updates to the service team.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements




High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy service periods.
Basic computer and reservation system knowledge is an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
