Coordinate with vessel Captains, Chief Cooks, and food suppliers/vendors for crew catering requirements.
Manage food and beverage procurement, inventory planning, and supply logistics for assigned vessels.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and Excel reports related to catering operations.
Monitor catering budgets, optimize purchasing costs, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Plan and forecast crew food requirements based on vessel schedules and crew strength.
Handle crew catering-related queries and provide effective support to vessels.
Build solid relationships with shipboard personnel and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
