We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive – Ocean Export to manage export operations, freight pricing, and documentation. If you have a background in freight forwarding and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Ocean Export operations.
Prepare freight quotations and pricing.
Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, CHA, customers, and overseas agents.
Prepare and verify export documents (Shipping Bills, BL Instructions, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
Track shipments and provide timely customer updates.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain accurate operational records.
Resolve shipment and documentation-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Ocean Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
Good knowledge of export documentation and pricing.
Strong communication and customer coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Logistics/Freight Forwarding background preferred.
