We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist to join our team as a Phlebotomist - Visit. The ideal candidate will have a background in phlebotomy and customer relations, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Conducting pediatric blood collections
Handling and maintaining sample collection equipment
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Ensuring accurate and timely sample collection and processing
Providing excellent customer service and communication
Adhering to all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a phlebotomy role
Solid skills in pediatric blood collection, sample collection and processing, and customer relations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
