Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, brochures, digital content, and presentations.
Ensure designs meet regulatory guidelines and industry standards, particularly those set by the FDA and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to develop materials that effectively communicate product advantages and key information.
Work closely with the quality assurance and compliance departments to ensure that all design materials are accurate and compliant.
Adapt designs for different formats (print, web, social media, email campaigns, etc.) while maintaining consistency in branding.
Maintain an organized library of design files and assets, ensuring all designs are archived and accessible.
Manage multiple design projects and deadlines effectively.
Provide ongoing design support for internal communications and training materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer,



with a portfolio showcasing design work in marketing, print, digital, and packaging.
Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Coreldraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Familiarity with regulatory requirements including FDA guidelines for labelling and packaging.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Valuable understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.

Preferred Skills:
2 to 4 Years of Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under tight deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
