Roles & Responsibilities:
Receive, accession, and verify tissue specimens.
Perform tissue fixation, processing, embedding, and sectioning (microtomy).
Prepare frozen sections when required.
Perform routine Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E;) staining and special stains.
Assist with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) specimen preparation and processing.
Label, mount, and organize slides for pathologist review.
Maintain laboratory instruments such as tissue processors, microtomes, embedding centers, cryostats, and staining equipment.
Perform routine quality control and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Ensure proper storage and disposal of specimens and hazardous chemicals according to safety guidelines.
Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and documentation.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), biosafety practices, and NABL/NABH quality standards.
Support laboratory audits and accreditation activities.
Assist pathologists and senior laboratory personnel with special procedures as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
