Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant service operations in the assigned section.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and skilled service.
Lead, guide, and support stewards to maintain smooth operations.
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order execution.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Train team members on SOPs, menu knowledge, and service etiquette.
Monitor table turnover and ensure productive section management.
Uphold food safety and hospitality standards.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.
Ability to lead a team and manage a service section independently.
Customer-focused with a positive and skilled attitude.
Well-groomed, presentable, and able to work in rotational shifts.
