About the Role

As a MERN Stack Developer, you'll build and maintain the web and backend systems that power our platform — from customer-facing applications to internal tools and APIs. You'll work closely with the founding team and mobile developers, taking features from idea to production. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over what you build.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (payment gateways, maps, notifications, etc.)
Build responsive, performant front-end interfaces in React
Design and manage database schemas and queries in MongoDB
Integrate payment flows (e.g., Razorpay) including capture, refunds, and webhooks
Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Debug, optimize,



and improve performance across the stack
Collaborate with the team on architecture, features, and product decisions

Requirements
Robust proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the MERN stack
Solid experience with React (hooks, state management, component design)
Hands-on experience building backend APIs with Node.js and Express
Positive understanding of MongoDB and database design
Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of authentication, security, and best practices

Nice to Have
Experience with React Native or mobile development
Experience with AWS (EC2, Route 53, S3) or other cloud platforms
Experience with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe)
Familiarity with CI/CD, TypeScript, or Next.js
Startup or early-stage product experience
