Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end post-trade operations for Equity Derivatives and Delta One products.
Monitor and process trade lifecycle events, including coupons, rate resets, expiries, and early terminations.
Investigate and resolve trade, cash, and position breaks by coordinating with Front Office, Back Office, and Operations teams.
Support trading activities such as trade amendments, cancellations, ETF processing, and corporate actions.
Perform daily reconciliations, exception management, and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with Technology and cross-functional teams to drive automation, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for current business initiatives and platform changes.
Ensure adherence to operational controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Requisites




Bachelor//'s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Delta One products, and trade lifecycle management.
Experience in trade support, reconciliations, settlements, and exception management.
Familiarity with listed and OTC derivatives, ETFs, swaps, structured products, and regulatory reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA/Macros is an added advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within tight deadlines.
Experience in process automation, continuous improvement, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
