Job Description:
We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Executives for our Collection team in Lucknow and Kanpur. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customers at their locations and collecting loan/dues on behalf of our client Hero Fincorp Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned customers daily for collection of EMIs/dues
Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports
Follow up with defaulters through field visits
Coordinate with the backend team for payment reconciliation
Ensure timely and target-based collection

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
Positive communication skills in Hindi
Knowledge of local areas is preferred
Smartphone with internet access required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
