Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in quality engineering within the agricultural equipment, heavy engineering, fabrication, or automotive manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, laser cutting, powder coating, and assembly processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Hands-on experience with quality inspection tools and measuring instruments.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred.
Monitor quality throughout fabrication, laser cutting, welding, powder coating, machining, and assembly operations.
Inspect dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.




Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and NCR documentation.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Stores to resolve quality issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and inspection plans.
Support supplier quality improvement and vendor inspections.
Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints through continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in process audits and quality system implementation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
