The Placement Officer and Trainer is responsible for coordinating campus placements, building relationships with corporate organizations, preparing students for recruitment processes, and conducting employability skill training programs. The role aims to enhance students’ career readiness and ensure successful placement prospects for BBA and BCA students.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement Activities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
Invite companies for internships and final placements.
Maintain student placement records and prepare placement reports.
Assist students in job applications, interview scheduling, and offer processing.
Track placement statistics and submit periodic reports to management.
Training & Development
Conduct training sessions on aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and communication skills.
Provide interview preparation and mock interview sessions.
Train students on resume writing, group discussions, and skilled etiquette.
Deliver employability and soft skills training programs.
Identify skill gaps and design training modules accordingly.
Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance where required.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in MBA / HR / Marketing / Training & Development or related field.
3–7 years of experience in placements, training, recruitment, or corporate HR.
Experience working with educational institutions is preferred.
Required Skills
Solid corporate networking and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct training sessions effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Ability to motivate and mentor students
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
