Key responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to understand open roles and candidate requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
Prepare offer letters and support onboarding for new hires.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future openings.
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience.
Support employer-branding and recruitment events as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Positive judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
Experience recruiting for multiple roles or departments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
