Head of Drug development with Commercialization

Qualifications & Experience
Advanced degree in related field required (MS, MD, PhD, MBA, PharmD, etc.)
Proven leadership and/or people management capability; previous experience in building and leading a high-performing teams
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the drug development & commercialization process with extensive working knowledge of end-to-end drug development and/or expertise in one or more of the relevant areas (e.g., clinical, regulatory, project planning and management, medical, commercial development)
Proven expertise in stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to constructively influence peers and senior leaders across the enterprise




Working knowledge of regulations in the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across geographic and functional boundaries (e.g. early development, R&D;, disease strategy teams, marketing, access, etc.) and building solid external relationships
Track record of successfully executing on large, complex projects.
Success in situations requiring rigorous, analytical problem solving and the ability to determine scientific chance and commercial targets
Broad understanding of US and international issues relative to the pharmaceutical industry
