We are looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager who can build explicit marketing direction, identify growth opportunities, and help shape how the brand is positioned in the market.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, understands consumer behavior, and can turn business goals into practical marketing actions. The focus is on marketing strategy, brand positioning, organic growth, content direction, campaigns, partnerships, and business-led marketing execution.

This is not a pure performance marketing role. We are looking for someone whose strength lies in strategy, brand thinking, organic growth, communication, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Build marketing, brand, and organic growth strategies
Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and positioning gaps
Develop campaign ideas, content direction, and communication plans
Work on organic growth through content, community, partnerships, PR, and strategic marketing initiatives
Collaborate with leadership, creative, content, and sales teams to execute plans
Track marketing outcomes and suggest improvements based on business goals




Bring fresh ideas to improve brand visibility, audience trust, and customer attraction

Ideal Candidate:
Robust understanding of marketing strategy, brand strategy, and organic growth
Ability to think beyond paid ads and performance marketing
Good sense of consumer psychology, positioning, storytelling, and market trends
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led setting
Solid communication, ownership, planning, and execution skills
Prior experience in marketing, brand, growth, D2C, startups, strategy, or consulting is preferred

Compensation:

The salary budget for this role is up to INR 80,000 per month, depending on interview performance, skillset, relevant experience, and overall fit.

We are looking for someone who can connect strategy, marketing, and growth to help build a business that stands out.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
