The GSA – Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel premises to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Room Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards
Change bed linen, towels, and room amenities
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
Ensure rooms are properly arranged before guest check-in

Public Area Cleaning
Maintain cleanliness of lobby, corridors, banquet areas, washrooms, and common areas
Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized

Linen & Laundry Coordination
Collect used linen and coordinate with laundry department
Maintain proper stock of linen, toiletries, and guest supplies

Guest Assistance
Attend guest housekeeping requests promptly
Provide extra amenities such as towels, pillows, or toiletries
Report guest complaints or maintenance issues to supervisors

Hygiene & Safety Standards




Follow hotel hygiene and sanitation procedures
Use cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
Report any damages, lost & found items, or safety hazards immediately

Reporting & Coordination
Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates
Inform maintenance team about repair requirements
Complete daily cleaning checklists and duty reports

Minimum:
12th pass / Hotel Management diploma (preferred)
Fresher or 0–1 year experience

Skills:
Basic communication skills
Attention to cleanliness and detail
Time management and teamwork
Physically fit for operational duties

Work Conditions:
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
Rapid-paced hospitality workplace

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
