About the Role

Waveline Sports operates the Michael Phelps Swimming Program across 30+ centres in India. We are hiring a Sales Counsellor to own the enquiry-to-enrolment journey at our [City] centre — converting walk-ins, calls, and digital leads into enrolled students, and driving renewals from the existing base.

This is a target-driven, front-facing role. You are the first person a parent meets, and the reason they choose us.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound leads — walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and digital enquiries — with same-day response
Conduct centre tours and counselling sessions with parents; explain program structure, levels, batch timings, and fees
Convert enquiries into registrations and achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Drive renewals — proactively follow up with students nearing session completion
Maintain accurate, real-time lead and student data in the company CRM (daily discipline is non-negotiable)
Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team
Coordinate with Head Coach and centre operations on batch availability and trial sessions
Execute local marketing activities — society activations, school tie-ups, camps, and events
Share daily and weekly sales reports with the Area Relationship Manager

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or front-office roles (education, fitness, sports academy, or hospitality background preferred)
Fluent in English, Hindi, and [Marathi/Kannada/Telugu — as per centre]
Comfortable working to monthly targets and being measured on conversion numbers
Confident with CRM software, WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic reporting
Warm, patient, and credible with parents — most of your conversations are with mothers and fathers deciding on their child's safety
Freshers with robust communication skills may be considered

Shift & Schedule
9-hour shift, 6 days a week
Weekend availability mandatory (highest walk-in footfall)
Week off on a weekday, rotational

Fixed salary + monthly performance incentive on enrolments and renewals — performers earn ₹[15,000]+ per month in incentives alone
