Role

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across our brands. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on innovation, consistency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across multiple brands.
Develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen profitability.
Standardize recipes and kitchen SOPs.
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.




Work closely with management on new restaurant concepts, menu engineering, and business growth.

Requirements
8+ years of skilled culinary experience, including leadership roles.
Experience in multi-cuisine kitchens; Asian, Continental, Indian, and Modern dining experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of kitchen management, food costing, and inventory control.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Passion for innovation and maintaining high culinary standards.
