Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering or CIPET
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and optimize Injection Molding processes to ensure
consistent product quality.
Set and control process parameters and perform effective troubleshooting for
molding defects.
Work with Husky Injection Molding machines and hot runner systems.
Lead and manage shop-floor teams, including shift handling and manpower
allocation.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.) for
quality checks.
Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to resolve
production issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and cost
reduction.
Ensure compliance with safety and organizational procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid technical knowledge of Injection Molding processes
Hands-on experience with Husky machines and hot runners
Team leadership and shift management skills
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of ISO/TS standards and documentation practices
