Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Associate / Senior Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Tally, GST compliance, and inventory/stock reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
Manage GST-related entries, reconciliations, and assist in GST compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Handle stock accounting, inventory reconciliation, and stock verification.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and inventory-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Solid knowledge of GST and core accounting principles.
Experience in stock accounting, inventory management, or stock reconciliation is mandatory.
Positive understanding of bank reconciliations and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or inventory-driven businesses will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
