Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and marketing materials.
Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to improve performance.
Plan and execute paid campaigns and promotional activities when required.
Build and maintain strong online community engagement and customer interaction.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and marketing partners for brand promotions.

Requirements:




2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
Good knowledge of content planning, branding, and engagement strategies.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media analytics tools is preferred.
Strong communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing brand pages and campaigns.
Creative mindset with solid attention to trends and aesthetics.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
