Manage end-to-end procurement for hotel operations
Build and maintain robust vendor relationships
Ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with budgets
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Support smooth operations by ensuring timely availability of materials
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate vendors for goods and services
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers
Raise purchase orders and track deliveries
Coordinate with internal departments for requirements
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
Ensure quality of materials received as per standards
Maintain purchase records, pricing, and vendor database
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and payments
Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgets
Skills Required:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Valuable communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational skills

Requirements:
2–8 years of experience in procurement/purchase (hospitality preferred)
