Job Title: Service Technician

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience
Freshers to 3 years of experience.
Experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, or Electronic Security Systems is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
Attend customer service calls at client locations.
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain Fire Alarm and Electronic Security Systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and testing.
Prepare service reports after each visit.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain positive customer relations.

Required Skills
Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for field service.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
