Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with inbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable room categories and packages.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively handling objections and closing sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective guests until booking confirmation.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Update lead status, follow-up schedules,
and booking details in the CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless booking process.
Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, hospitality sales, or travel sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Positive computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business.
Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.
