Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
Provide bedside nursing care including hygiene, dressing, and wound care.
Assist patients with daily activities and mobility.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and side effects.
Maintain accurate medication records.
Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.
Perform IV cannulation, catheterization, dressing changes, and sample collection.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries.
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the medical team.




Maintain accurate patient records in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Document nursing care, procedures, and patient responses.
Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies.
Ensure proper sterilization and disposal of medical waste.
Maintain patient safety and adhere to quality standards such as those recommended by National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
