Job Summary
We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Engineer – Contracts to support contract execution, engineering documentation, customer coordination, and project-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background, strong documentation skills, and a willingness to learn contract and project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain engineering drawings and project documentation.
Coordinate with customers for technical requirements, document submissions, and project updates.
Support contract execution and fabrication-related project activities.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, and customer specifications.
Maintain engineering records and update project information in the ERP system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare project reports and maintain document control.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers (Graduate Engineer Trainee) or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
