We are looking for a agile qualified to manage food production operations, export/import business, and e-commerce platforms. This is a leadership role requiring strong execution and multitasking ability.

Key Responsibilities

Food Production & Operations
Oversee daily food production (Dairy, Edible Oils, Millets, Health Mix, Gluten-Free Products)
Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Manage workforce, production planning, and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory guidelines

Export / Import Management
Develop and manage international export/import operations
Build and maintain strong client & buyer network globally
Handle shipping, customs, and documentation
Coordinate with logistics and ensure smooth delivery

E-Commerce Management
Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, eBay, Zepto




Update titles, descriptions, SEO, pricing, and inventory
Handle customer queries, returns, and order issues
Monitor daily sales, reports, and performance
Coordinate photoshoots, creatives, and campaigns

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in food production / operations
Solid background in export/import business with client network
Experience handling e-commerce platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
2-wheeler and laptop mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
