The Incubation Manager will oversee the operations of the Idea Lab, supporting student innovation, prototyping, and start-up incubation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the institutional incubation centre.
Mentor student and faculty start-ups from ideation to commercialization.
Facilitate funding opportunities through programs like Start-ups India, AIM, MSME, etc.
Build solid industry partnerships and collaborations.
Organize hackathons, boot camps, FDPs, and innovation challenges.
Support product development, prototyping, and business model validation.
Monitor start-ups progress and ensure measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering / Management / Entrepreneurship.
Experience in start-ups ecosystem / incubation / innovation management.
Robust networking, mentoring, and communication skills.
Knowledge of funding schemes, proposal writing, and pitching.
Exposure to prototyping technologies (3D printing, IoT, etc.) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
