We are seeking a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of qualified experience to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a solid portfolio, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers throughout the design process.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies,



and UI/UX best practices.

Required Qualifications
2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD design tools.
Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
