The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in understanding our programs, handling admission queries, and ensuring smooth enrolment into various Language Courses(English , German , French & Spanish)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.
Counsel students about courses, program perks, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.
Maintain proper records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Positive communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Confidence in telecalling and counselling.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Eligibility:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior counselling/telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
fixed salary (10K-15K).
Incentives based on performance & admissions achieved.
