Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales and possess robust communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire current customers for insurance products.
Explain policy features and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Assist customers with policy documentation and renewals.
Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in insurance sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
