Business Development Executive — Dental Appointments (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

Position Summary
Customer-focused role handling inbound/outbound patient calls in English and Spanish to schedule and optimize dental appointments, assist with insurance info, maintain records, and coordinate with office staff.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls in English and Spanish.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Use waitlists and fill cancellations to maximize provider schedules.
Collect/verify patient demographics and insurance details.
Enter accurate notes in the practice management system.
Coordinate with office managers and staff on schedules and updates.
Maintain confidentiality and excellent customer service.

Qualifications




Fluent English and Spanish (verbal & written).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Call center, healthcare/dental experience preferred.
Robust communication, organization, and computer/data-entry skills.
Reliable attendance and qualified demeanour.

Relocation
Willingness to relocate to Mohali- Punjab, if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
