About the Role

Sikka Estates is looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Telesales & CRM Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking with customers, and be comfortable managing leads using CRM software.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
Explain our real estate services professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
Update customer information, call records, follow-up activities, and lead status in the CRM.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.




Coordinate with the sales and management teams.
Maintain accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Strong follow-up, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
