Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to nurture young minds through child-centered learning. The ideal candidate will be trained in Montessori methods and committed to fostering independence, creativity, and a love for learning in children.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities
Prepare and maintain a stimulating classroom workplace
Observe and assess student progress individually
Encourage independence, social skills, and self-discipline
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
Maintain classroom materials and records

Requirements:
Montessori Teacher Training certification
Prior experience in a Montessori or preschool setting preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of child psychology
Classroom management skills
Ability to create engaging learning materials

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
