Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow client processes, company policies, and quality standards.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Neutral or explicit accent with strong pronunciation.
Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.




Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts.
Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new processes.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
