We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, TDS, and banking activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting and taxation, along with hands-on experience or willingness to learn tools like Tally and Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist in maintaining daily accounting entries and financial records
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
Support bank reconciliations and journal entries
Maintain proper documentation of transactions

GST Compliance
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns:
GSTR-1 (Monthly/Quarterly)
GSTR-3B
Quarterly Returns (QRMP Scheme)
Annual Returns (GSTR-9 – basic support)
Support GST reconciliation (2A/2B vs books)
Assist in GST data preparation, amendments, and basic compliance work

TDS Compliance
Assist in TDS calculation and deduction
Support filing of TDS returns (quarterly)
Maintain TDS records and documentation
Assist in basic TDS reconciliation

Banking Activities
Handle bank entries and transaction postings
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Track payments, receipts, and follow-ups
Assist in maintaining cash and bank records





Data Entry & Documentation
Enter accounting data in Tally and Zoho Books
Maintain records, invoices, and supporting documents
Organize files and ensure proper documentation

Reporting & Support
Assist senior accountants in preparing reports and statements
Support audit and compliance activities
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred)

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Understanding of GST, TDS, and banking processes (basic level)
Familiarity with Tally and/or Zoho Books is an advantage
Good communication and learning attitude
Attention to detail and accuracy
