Handle deviation management, quality checks, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.Efficiency & Optimization: Monitor machine operations, minimize downtime, and employ continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean manufacturing) to reduce production costs.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring they adhere to safety policies and workplace standards.
