Job Description – HR Senior Executive/Manager
Manage the end-to-end payroll process accurately and within timelines.
Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee records.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and ensure compliance.
Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and HRMIS records.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and payroll-related reports for management.
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead and support other HR operational activities as assigned by management.
