4:30 PM – 1:30 AM or Rotational Night Shift
Eligibility:
Graduate Freshers or HSC + 6 months of experience in BPO
Hard copy of final marksheet is mandatory
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through calls or chat
Troubleshoot customer queries and technical issues
Guide customers with step-by-step solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure timely and effective issue resolution
