Job Title: MIS Executive

Reporting To: Manager / Head – Operations

Location: Chopda

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data through reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect data from various departments and consolidate it into structured reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports.
Maintain databases, trackers, and spreadsheets for operational and management use.

Analysis & Support
Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics.
Provide insights and summaries to management for decision-making.
Support audits and internal reviews with required data and documentation.

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate information.
Resolve data discrepancies and follow up for missing information.




Respond to ad-hoc data and report requests from management.

System & Process Management
Update and maintain ERP / HRMS / operational systems (if applicable).
Improve reporting formats and processes for better efficiency.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of databases / ERP systems (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Statistics or related field.
1–2 years of experience in MIS / Data Reporting role (freshers with robust Excel skills may be considered).
