Job Description:
To implement and monitor company policy leading to increased revenue / market share / collection.
Provide leadership roles to BOs in giving directions, reviewing, and correcting.

Role:
Ensure BO works as per company norms.
Ensure market review and guidance to BOs/promoters for sales and market share improvements.
Give directions to BO to ensure adequate channel representation.
Review BO performance daily, weekly, and Monthly and pass information to AGM / ZM – Zonal Head / State Head
Deal with WIN-WIN-sig-nup dealers.
Follow up with BO and critical accounts daily to bring in payment.
Handle distributors, HUB, and direct dealers.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales target vs achievement
Collection drive
Interaction with WIN-WIN dealers (1 on 1)
Recruitment of BO / Promoters
Scientific plan for market expansion
Ensure customer complaints are attended to in time.
Prepare a price grid and send to reporting officer
Market presence of 4 days in a week with BO
Recent dealer appointment
Focus on institutional calls and conversion.
Monthly target: 130 calls

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
