Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with robust communication skills in Malayalam to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate records using Excel
Provide excellent customer service and support
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Mandatory Skills:
Fluent in Malayalam (verbal and written)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to multitask and stay organized
