Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing operational processes and identify improvement prospects.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate process improvement projects across departments.
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions on process improvement tools and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Track project progress and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and other teams to optimize performance.
