Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining company products/services, and generating sales opportunities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Explain company products and services clearly to potential clients.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Address customer questions and objections effectively.
Update customer information in CRM or company databases.




Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
