We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Financial Analyst / AR Specialist / Bookkeeper with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will handle full-cycle accounting tasks, manage a robust Accounts Receivable (AR) pipeline, and directly support client accounts.
Because you will be managing a core portfolio for international stakeholders ("Big League"), prior experience working directly with North American clients and aligning with US business hours/communication styles is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Core AR Management: Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process across all group companies, including accurate payment posting and tracking.
Invoicing & Expenses: Manage the weekly invoicing process for our major account (Big League), handle daily invoice processing, and track company expenses.
Client & Inquiry Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer and vendor inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Reporting & Statements: Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial reports, and support the team through month-end and year-end financial closing statements.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate,
up-to-date ledger records of all financial transactions.
Project Support: Actively contribute to ongoing full-cycle accounting initiatives and handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as business needs evolve.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years of core accounting, AR, or financial analysis experience.
International Exposure: Proven track record of working with North American/US clients, handling their inquiries, and navigating international business communication smoothly.
Software: Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a mandatory prerequisite.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and an aptitude for numbers.
Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced workplace.
Collaboration: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, while remaining a highly communicative team player.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
