Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Collection Team Leader to handle and guide a team of collection executives. The candidate should be capable of managing collection targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of collection executives/telecallers.
Monitor daily collection activities and team performance.
Ensure achievement of monthly recovery and collection targets.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Handle escalated customer cases and difficult recovery situations.
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
Coordinate with management and banking partners regarding collection updates.
Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.
Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of pending accounts.

Requirements:




Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Degree.
Minimum 1 year experience in collection field is mandatory.
Leadership and team-handling skills preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel understanding.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Knowledge of banking/finance collection process is an advantage.

Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
