We are looking for a reliable, highly motivated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site. You will manage labor, enforce safety protocols, track materials, and ensure work matches engineering blueprints. The ideal candidate has solid leadership skills, a keen eye for quality control, and practical hands-on construction experience.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Manage daily activities of laborers, masons, carpenters, and subcontractors.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and execute architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
Quality Control: Inspect formwork, rebar binding, concrete mixes, and brickwork before and during execution.
Material Management: Indent, receive, and verify material deliveries to prevent theft and shortages.
Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), labor logs, and measurement book (MB) records.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:



Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (High school diploma with extensive experience also welcome).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supervising residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of surveying tools (Auto-level/Total Station) and material testing.
Software: Basic knowledge of MS Excel for daily reporting.
Soft Skills: Robust command over local language(s) to manage labor effectively.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
