About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the plywood, hardware, or tiles industry and be responsible for generating recent business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field sales.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to retailers, dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Promote the company's range of plywood, hardware, and tile products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payments.




Coordinate with the office and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Plywood, Hardware, or Tiles industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong network with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, or architects is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively for field sales.
Valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
