Job Summary

GAJ GROUP is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Handle GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliations.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation requirements.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.




Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.
Required Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
Valuable analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
